30KG Tuna Cutting Demonstration @ IKETERU, A Rare Gourmet Event to Experience at Hilton Kuala Lumpur

Don’t miss the special demonstration by Japanese Executive Chef Masami Okamoto showcasing the intricate skills of cutting a massive 30Kg fresh deep-water tuna. Gain new experience as Chef Okamoto explains the various parts of the tuna like otoro, chu-toro and more, as he works through the process. Watch in awe as Okamoto carve and fillet the tuna together with Sashimi testing during the action and savour freshly cut tuna sushi for a unique Japanese dining experience.

Once the filleting is done, diners will be served the freshly-cut fish that features the merry combination of Tuna Sumiso Sauce, Tuna Sashimi, Tuna Belly Soup, Teppanyaki Tuna with Truffle Teriyaki Sauce, Tekka Don with Miso Soup and Deep fried tuna with Spicy Miso Dip and more. The set dinner is priced at RM480 nett per adult inclusive of free flow red wine, white wine, juices and soft drinks and at RM300 nett per adult for food only.

If you sprain or strain a muscle or break your bones, you should make a trip to this famous Traditional Bone Specialist Chin Yek Leong 2nd Generation in Hulu Langat which is well known to treat such an ailment. They specializes in rejoining broken bone, spinal cord, crack in bones. There are 5 masters treating the patients, it take around 30 minutes in attending a patient. For women patients they can request for ladies sifu for their treatment.
