DE' L's Cafe @ Bundusan Pavillion

Often in our search for good food, it's always a hit and miss. On this particular outing, it was definitely a hit. Getting there definitely needs a little bit of legwork to climb a flight of stairs, don't worry, it will do you some good, as our proprietors cum crossfit enthusiast will tell you. We would like to give a shoutout to Kent and Grace for inviting us.

Vanilla milkshake
Lets start with all the refreshing beverages first. Here we have the Vanilla Milkshake (RM7.90). Light flavoured and cooling with a nice whipped cream topping laced with nuts, is definitely a welcoming sight in this scorching weather we have now. For a drink to pick you up, try the cappuccino (RM6.90) with some intriguing artwork at the foam. It also comes with their homemade butter cookies. And if caffeine makes you jittery, there's a nice rich hot chocolate for you (RM6.90). Artwork is also a mandatory presentation on the foam, and comes with marshmallows.

Ribeye Steak Burger
Lets start with the burgers first which was the highlight of our visit. Ribeye steak burger (RM36.90), yes, you freaking heard me right, Steak in between buns!! Finally I can eat steak with my bare hands without getting judgemental stare from cultured folks. This burger is in a class of its own, steak topped with onion rings, lettuce, tomatoes, laced with sour cream and special sauce, with fries and more onion rings as sides. Trully awesome!!

Curry Chicken (Whole Thigh) Burger
The other burger is Curry chicken whole thigh burger (RM19.90), we need to disclaim here that we have not actually tried it (we were too stuffed from other food offering) but what we can tell you is that the meat is marinaded in curry powder, breaded with some more curry, and a special sauce made from, wait for it, curry. An awesome fusion that we are too excited to try in our next visit.

Hawaiian Pizza
Next we had 2 types of pizza. We'll start with the Hawaiian Pizza: Awesome thin crust a la Italiano, baked perfectly, fair distribution of topping on each slice, nice herby aromatic sauce, that can make you go mmmhhh...yesss.....as you devour each slice.

Pepperoni PIzza
Pepperoni Pizza as shown here has a generous amount of cheese, that bonds well with the slightly spicy pepperoni, the cheese just ooze as you pull each slice away reminiscing the kind of 90's tv pizza advertisement, the only difference is that this pizza, doesn't disappoint!

Each pizza combo comes with 2 softdrinks at only RM15.90, other toppings include Tuna and Margherita.
Also, we'd like to highlight some other hearsay: Their fish and chips is supposedly seriously good!
