Yoga for Body Shaping



Yoga is everything your body needs for your daily function. A regular yoga practice can help reduce muscle aches, give you an efficient good night of sleep and improve your mental focus. A regular yoga practice was just as effective as stretching-strengthening exercises in improving functional fitness for people at all age.

Nothing beats lifting your own body weight to get your arms and leg strength stronger.  Every yoga poses and movement require you to engage your core, utilising your core to stabilize your body. Many yoga poses tone different muscle groups in the body by requiring you to support your body weight, raise your heart rate, strengthen your muscles and also lengthening those muscles at once.
Continuos movement like sun salutations and flow at steady pace by matching your breath to your movement can count as cardio. You can practice yoga anywhere and it saves money, all you need is a yoga mat.
Yoga will not only help you lose weight, it changes your mindset and the way you approach life, love your own body and  encourage healthy eating habits.
Changing your own mindset will be more sufficient weight-loss tool than burning of calories in an aggressive aerobic class and that will lead you to consume more calories later of the day.
You can practice a variety of yoga session everyday, you can have a more challenging session with inversion and arm balance poses, someday work on your single leg balancing poses and someday work on a more relaxing yoga session with restorative poses.
 
 
 
If you practice yoga correctly there are no injuries risk. Learn to pay attention to how your body feel at all times, connection between your mind and body. If you’re a beginner, make sure you learn the poses safely. The safest and most effective way is to take yoga classes with a qualified and well trained instructor who can offer a good guidance on the poses to target different areas of the body, help adjust your poses safely and appropriately.
