Visit Victoria!!! Eat.Run.Love Victoria - Great Ocean Road Running Festival 2019

This will be my first experience running overseas, and it will be definitely be an unforgettable one at the Great Ocean Road Running Festival (GORRF) with an added bonus of sightseeing the breath-taking coast of Great Ocean Road. It is going to be a new and euphoric challenge for me running in a different climate and terrains.

I believe the opportunity to participate in GORRF will allow me to set goals, and I am especially ecstatic to work towards a goal. The journey of working towards this goal will eventually lead to a great sense of achievement once I accomplish it. What more, I am excited for the chance to connect with runners from around the world!

Aside to GORRF, I am looking forward to travel regional Victoria and Melbourne to taste the delectable and fresh food to shape my running journey and enhance my experience.

Your life is the message to the world. You have learn to believe in yourself even when no one else does. Don't limit yourself and live to reach your possibilities. Be open to new energies and surroundings. Run, Travel, Explore, Live!

Great Ocean Road Running Festival is not just for avid marathoners but also for fitness buffs who can opt for shorter distances such as Malaysian fitness advocate, Angeline Ong who ran for the Garmin 14km Paradise Run and took part in the Lorne Hotel Great Ocean Road 10km Walk.
Asked about her experience, she shared, “The opportunity to run and walk in a completely new terrain while enjoying the beautiful views along the coastal road wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, as I was accompanied by many other runners and before I knew it, I completed the race! I wish I have chosen a longer distance so I could see more. It was an eye-opening experience which I would love to do again if the opportunity arises. Everyone should be open to new surroundings and try this at least once in their life. Run, Travel, Explore, Live!”.
