Salted Fish Pork Patty
This pale steamed pork patty with salted fish looks rather plain and humble, but it packs lots of flavor and comfort food satisfaction.  The patty has a soft, juicy savory meat patty, similar to a steamed meatloaf.

The dried squid enhance the pork patty taste even better if you prefer a strong sense of flavour.
