Are stresses at work or place of business bogging you down? Feeling tired and lethargic or that stubborn back pain persists since last week’s golf bugging you? Located within the KDCA compound, stress reliever is just a few minutes’ drives away no matter where you live in KK city.

Ka’andaman Spa sits at a tranquil area surrounded by traditional KadazanDusunMurut village. Hence a lot of their spa treatments incorporate KDM traditional ingredients, which sets it apart from the rest.
Their facilities are rather vastly spread out, with relatively ample space so you don’t feel boxed in as opposed to some spas located within a shopping mall. Their facilities are aplenty and maintained spick and span. The balinesque d├ęcor gives a sense of peace and Zen, far exceeding our expectation.

Their inner sanctum wherein lies the massage and private rock pool provides exclusivity. And when paired with their gentle and courteous staff, you can be expected to be treated like royalty. This is not to say customers seeking for deep tissue massages will be hard pressed (forgive the pun) to find satisfaction, in fact their masseuse are trained to find problem areas and exert just the right pressure to relieve any muscle knot.

We at everydayfoodilove are no noobs in enjoying a good spa and we give our personal seal of approval for Ka’andaman. Their latest discount package offers luxury at a reasonable price to flow with the tough times. We had the privilege of trying out Olumis package (RM108) with consists of 60 minutes of Far Infrared Sauna for your to sweat it all out. Then, when you are all nice and relaxed, you are ushered to a full body massage to loosen and stress and relieve and muscle aches. And while you lay there relaxed, your healing ends with 15 minutes of Ginger treatment, which is towels dipped in hot water,  infused with ginger, then the hot towel is gently applied to your back. This is therapeutic in many ways, among others, to maintain a healthy kidney.

Another package that we tried was the Linawa package (RM178) which is a premium treatment of Kudat coconut body scrub for 20 minutes to exfoliate every dermis of your body leaving you looking younger, followed by aroma clay mask for 15 mintues, leaving you looking radiant. You then dip yourself in a luxurious milk bath for 30 mintues to rejuvenate your body while toning the skin of your whole body. As if all those aren’t enough, a soothing, 60 minutes full body massage heals any deep tissues concern that you have.

For a fraction of a price of a resort stay, why not find a short relaxing alternative by heading on to Ka’andaman spa at KDCA, it is definitely worth every single penny.
