Char Nyuk is a must-have dish if you happen to visit the food stall. Used half and half pork, the Char Nyuk was sinfully delicious. Its batter was so crispy and enjoyable while the meat was moist, tender and virtually melts in your mouth.

Omelette with ginger drenched in Chinese rice wine is a very homey dish that reminded me of my mom's cooking. It was simple yet tasty.
