Tandoori Chicken
Naan
The northern Indian cuisine section is fast becoming our personal favourite. The chicken tandoori is tender and just bursting with flavour. The naan is baked to perfection, and if you choose the cheese stuffing, you can be assured that it is as rich as a calzone.

Stick around when the chef prepares the stir fried tuaran mee and you will be in a eye-feast of dexterous wok action.
Chicken Rice

In line with the spirit of 1Malaysia, Hyatt Regency Kinabalu also offers chinese cuisines, as seen below, chicken rice, dim sum, Tuaran mee, and Ngiu Chap. The chicken rice is fragrant while the crispy chicken is on par with some of the more well known in town. The tuaran mee is also surprisingly authentic.

Ayam Percik
These Satays are very aromatic and properly marinated with lots of nice flavors infused in the meat. The satay sauce if also properly authentic
BBQ Lamb and Burger Station
BBQ Lamb
This is definitely one of most sinfully delicious lamb racks in town. Slow grilled and charred beautifully, the meat virtually comes off the bones. The light sourness from the hickory sauce makes this already awesome dish even nicer.
Sauces for your lamb rack include rosemary and mushroom sauce among others
Potato
Corn

Burgers
These Mini Burgers are the miniature version of the famous ones served in Mosaic. Juicy sharp with genuine beefy flavor. The chopped pickles also gives it a nice appetite inducing soury twist
Murtabak Station
These Murtabak is filled with compact ground beef, its so meaty that you'll forget it was a murtabak in the first place
Freshly made kuih

As with in our every visit to Hyatt Regency Kinabalu, this dish is the highlight that everyone looks forward to: the Oxtail assam pedas. Aromatic slow cooked oxtail infused with what seems to be millions of spices. That and with a light sour twist makes this the perfect dish to go with the aromatic nasi briyani.
