Restoran DST @ Jalan Bayu Tinggi

DST stands for Restaurant Da Shu Tau, specialising in Kung Pow Bullfrog (bullfrog cooked with dried chilies), Onion Bullfrog and Bullfrog porridge. You may also order other dishes such as Black Fungus with Salted Egg, Fried Spring roll, Fried Kembung/ Promfret fish, Steamed bullfrog with Chicken Essence, Kong Pow Eel, side dishes like vegetables (Cabbage, Kangkung, Chinese Lettuce, Potato leaf) and fried egg with onion or dried radish.

Fried Kam Heong Lala
Spicy, hot, flavourful and fragrantly good from the shrimp with a savoury wok taste, the clam was fleshy and fresh.
 
 Deep Fried Pomfret Fish, RM25
This is one of my favourite dish here, fish is so crispy, fresh and tasty.

A new breed of vegetable with sweet taste cross between spring onion and chive, good
Fried Potato Leaf, RM8.00
My all time favourite fibre rich vegetable.
Kung Pow Bullfrog (M), RM23.00 and Kung Pow Chicken (S), RM9
The bullfrog was meaty and the meat has a firm texture, not to mention the sauce was superior with a sweet and savoury taste that wasn't never too harsh and overpowering. The flavour just stands out, those dried chillis gave an imparting spiciness, it's a delightful dish. This is what I called a well-balanced sauces that ultimately bring the best out of the food.

The gravy was tasty with a hints of Chinese wine, it's another signature cooking style for bullfrog.
Bullfrog Porridge (M), RM24 and Plain Porridge (S), RM3
Bullfrog cooked in smooth and creamy, which made the porridge more flavourful.
