Property Hunter will be back in Kota Kinabalu for the third year! The expo will be held from March 7th to 9th at the Sabah Trade Centre in Likas. This year, visitors will be able to gain more knowledge about the industry during the Property Talk Sessions which will feature top experts from across the country. The Property Talk Sessions will be held on March 8th and 9th from 1:00pm to 5:30pm.
Ho Chin Soon is the founder and Director of Ho Chin Soon Research, a property information company that specialises in land use and ownership maps. His talk scheduled on the first day at 2:00pm will be focused on ‘Peninsular and Sabah Growth Patterns and Future Hot Spots.”
Enoch Khoo is the founder and managing director of ENK Ventures, a 360 degree property firm. He invested in his first property at the age of 21. This speaker will be relating his talk at 3:30pm to his latest book entitled ‘Cock and Bull of the Real Estate Industry.’
The second day of the talk will feature talks by four other experts. The first session at 12:00pm is by Dato Soo Kai Chee, the executive director of MCT Group of Companies who will speak on ‘Iskandar Malaysia: The New Boom Town. Faizul Ridzuan’s talk will commence at 1:00pm. He is the author of the best-seller ‘WTF? 23 Properties by 30’and co-owner of Malaysia’s leading online property discussion forum, called PropertyWTF.com.my. He will be speaking about ‘Highrise Investment – Doomsday or Boomday?’
The next speaker, Chris Tan will take the floor at 2:00pm. He is the founder of CHUR ASSOCIATES®, a boutique legal service provider that has a niche positioning from Corporate Advisory to everything real estate. Tan is also the author of ‘Turning GreenTM’ and ‘The Most Wanted Series: Write a Will.’ His will be giving ‘Tips to Smooth Sail the Sea of Legalities in Buying Real Property.’
Michael Yeoh will be speaking on ‘How to Make the Banks Say “YES” to you’ at 3:30pm. He has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage and investment industry. And finally at 4:45pm, a forum session by Enoch Khoo will discuss the ‘2014 Property Market: Opportunities and Challenges.’
