Unlike most restaurants, you will be pleased to know that diners at e18hteen get to enjoy an Open Kitchen interactive dining, where you get to interact with chefs while eating. A brilliant fusion of east and west finger-foods and desserts, patrons will be treated to a lavish medley of sweet and savoury selections, all meticulously prepared by the enterprising chefs of the restaurant. Among these, you can expect to be delighted with Cheese Cakes, Carrot Cakes, Fruit Tartlets, Chinese Egg Tarts, Smoked Salmon on Brioche with Horse Radish Cream, American Lobster, Celery & Chives with Homemade Mayo in a Soft Roll, Cucumber Sandwiches and Ogura Cream Sandwiches that combines classic scones with oriental golden rolls and choy sum with pineapple.
