E18hteen is a well-appointed restaurant, being adjacent to the exclusive Crockfords’s 18th floor Belgravia suits. It is well furnished with commodious seatings able to comfortably fit 130 persons and more, an impressive cocktail bar and poolside dining.

Chef John Pathmanaban spent the afternoon delighting us with his amazing culinary creations.
The talented chef’s at e18hteen restaurant have a goal; their sole motivation is to impress patrons of e18hteen with their unique creations. Their drive and inspiration have led to them taking traditional cuisines and improved upon to take on distinguishing qualities, for not only are they agreeable to the palate, they are also visually remarkable. To ensure continued excellence, only the finest ingredients are used in the food.
 
 
 
 
 
Patrons would not fail to recognise that e18hteen is a wordplay of the number “18”, which according to Chinese beliefs symbolises success and prosperity.
Unlike most restaurants, you will be pleased to know that diners at e18hteen get to enjoy an Open Kitchen interactive dining, where you get to interact with chefs while eating. Chefs will showcase their greatest passion whilst creating gastronomical marvels, and you get to see this in person from the comfort of your dining table.

At e18hteen, breakfast buffet is served from 7am to 10.30am whereas lunches are from 12pm to 2.30pm. Dinner times strats as early as 6.30pm and ends at 10.30pm.
E18hteen High Tea is a fun-filled affair, which would do credit to the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party. A brilliant fusion of east and west finger-foods and desserts, patrons will be treated to a lavish medley of sweet and savoury selections, all meticulously prepared by the enterprising chefs of the restaurant. Among these, you can expect to be delighted with Cheese Cakes, Carrot Cakes, Fruit Tartlets, Chinese Egg Tarts, Smoked Salmon on Brioche with Horse Radish Cream, American Lobster, Celery & Chives with Homemade Mayo in a Soft Roll, Cucumber Sandwiches and Ogura Cream Sandwiches that combines classic scones with oriental golden rolls and choy sum with pineapple.
 
 
Another anticipated highlight would be the Torofuwa Espresso Pudding with Hennessy Flame and Snow Frog with Fresh Almond Milk. Watch and marvel as the chef lights up the Hennessy to impart a nice char taste to the pudding in a brief instant of flame. High-Tea is served from 3pm to 5.30 pm and is served daily. To avoid disappointment however, it is wise to make reservations early.
