Crispy and fluffy deep fried bun filled with not overly sweet egg yolk custard filling which was runny when you break open the bun.

Bouncy and delicious fish ball.

Gelatinous soft texture coated with a tasty bean paste sauce.
Braised Pork Belly, RM28.00
The flavour and texture of the pork belly are what make the pork belly unique, you’ve got a nice layer of meat, a layer of fat, another layer of meat, and another layer of fat. When braised and served with a reduction of the braising sauce the pork belly is the sultry slow jam of the swine world...melt-in-your-mouth swiney succulence on the inside.

Promotional Menu: Grand Shanghai Special Spicy Chicken, RM14.80 
Tender and juicy steamed chicken topped with Grand Shanghai special spicy chilli oil which wasn't overly spicy but aromatic dish.
Stir fried Kailan with Chinese wine, RM15.80
A delicious and appetising vegetable dish. The Chinese wine and ginger juice sauce has completely nullify the slight bitter taste of Kailan.
Promotional Menu until end of 2015: Fish Head Hot Pot with fresh Grouper fillet and Beancurd (Small: RM48.00, Large: RM88.00)
Sweet, light, tasty and milky soup made from pork bones, chicken claws, deep fried fish bone and yam, no MSG. When serve, claypot fish head soup will bring to boil on your table, then freshly sliced grouper fish and bean curd added, when fish fillets are cooked you're ready to be serve.

Savouring the fresh, juicy and tender prawn cooked with hot and sour assam recipe, absolutely a dish I enjoy most with steamed rice.
 
Fried Rice with Salted Egg and Assorted Seafood, RM19.80
The aroma from the salted egg yolk coated on every rice grain will make salivate and need not to say much when eat with those fresh seafood...heavenly good.
Dessert: Aloe Vera, Grass Jelly, Sea Coconut and Yogurt Pearls Jelly (Large: RM30, Medium: RM25 and Single Portion: RM7) A must try, refreshing and healthy dessert.
