New Facelift of Tanjung Ria
Tanjung Ria Kitchen has a main dining room featuring open kitchens concept, the lounge, poolside bar and the residence (phase 2), Tanjung Ria Kitchen has halal certified kitchens presenting the best of local and western cuisine in a contemporary setting. The open kitchens take centre stage as the chefs prepare all orders a la minute upon request.
Tanjung Ria Kitchen features uplifting designs by the renowned team of Tofu inc. from Japan. “we hold the designers at Tofu Inc. in extremely high regard and their work with other Hyatt hotels have received outstanding customer response.
Tanjung Ria Kitchen will provide the ultimate dining experience for guests who wish to savor popular local and western dishes in one seating. While the lounge is the address for that business meeting, wonderful afternoon tea, or leisurely evening cocktail in home-like luxurious setting.
Roasted Meat Corner
Just so we're clear this is no longer your old-school buffet spread. Remember those 'action station' where you see 2 or 3 live cooking counter? Well think of this as an all action station where all your food are prepared fresh, hence the term ala minute.
It is still of course eat-all-you-can, but it also means you get to see how skillfully your meals are prepared by the well trained chefs of Tanjung Ria Kitchen.
You would be glad to know that the good and high quality food that you used know has remained unchanged, if anything probably even better.
BBQ Lamb, just as juicy and tender as it used to be, with its sweet caramalized crispy skin.
Only the freshest prawn is used to give you that succulent flesh nicely infused to fresh herbs.
Their North Indian cuisine, probably one of the best in town, maintains its good taste till this day.
