The Hamachi Kabuto Shioyaki, Grilled Yellow Tail Fish Head with Salt, is a dish dedicated to fish lovers. The fresh fish head grilled to perfection, needed minimum seasoning but tasted so fresh and delicate.
Sanma Shioyaki, RM18.90
Sanma or Pacific Saury is one of the most well-known seasonal fish representing autumn in Japanese cuisine.  It’s salted and grilled whole, served with grated daikon and soy sauce to intensify the flavour of the fish. The first few bites of meat were really tasty with a nice smoky flavour that I really adore.
