My Kitchen , a restaurant catering mostly to workers and college students, serves decent food at a reasonably cheap prices. Located just a few steps from Ascot College in 1Borneo, the restaurant is noticeably crowded during lunch hours.

Economy Rice with 3 dishes RM5.00
Apart from offering cheap Economy Rice, they also serves Fried Noodle, Fried Rice, Soto and Soup Noodle.

For a total of 3 selection of dishes with rice, it only cost RM5.00. Although its serving size wasn't big, it fit well for lunch. Moreover, all the dishes were well flavoured and delicious.

If you sprain or strain a muscle or break your bones, you should make a trip to this famous Traditional Bone Specialist Chin Yek Leong 2nd Generation in Hulu Langat which is well known to treat such an ailment. They specializes in rejoining broken bone, spinal cord, crack in bones. There are 5 masters treating the patients, it take around 30 minutes in attending a patient. For women patients they can request for ladies sifu for their treatment.
