Nuovo Ristorante Internazionale in Rome, Italy

Angeline Tuesday, May 13, 2014 , , , , ,

Spotted a sign on Via Nazionale of a Chinese restaurant, tucked away just off the main road, the entrance down an alley way behind a newspaper stand is not the most inviting, but it more than makes up for this with the food, which was really good. Well I think is worth a visit if you like Chinese food. Food here are generous and tasty. The service was rapid and the staff was friendly. Our dinner was quite good, actually, the taste not adjusted for European taste, and for Rome not expensive.

Sparkling Water
Steamed Rice
Stir-fried Bak Choy (Euro$4.80)
I guess I really miss Asian food, everything just tasted so good here even this simply stir-fried bak choy. A satisfaction meal for me.
Mixed Vegetable (Euro$3.90)
A great combination of fresh vegetable, well cooked, most important not oily.
Pork Fillet with Pepper (Euro$5.20)
A light spicy flavour, tender and juicy pork completely coated with this delicious sauce, it was so yummy.
Braised Fish (Euro$12.00)
Deep fried fish then braised in chef special sauce with bell pepper, mushroom and ginger. I was delicious and goes well with steamed rice.

Compliment: Grapes
