Tomatoes are the ideal partner in fish soup. It help alleviate some of the fishy scent as well as bring a sweet and slightly sour taste to the soup. There are a variety of fresh ingredients available which you can customize when ordering; fried fish fillet, fish stomach, fish head, fish ball, fish skin to fish wantan and other fish products.
The Fish Noodle at Kedai Kopi How Kee is one of my most favourite dish of all. It was light and easy yet so delicious. Served with you choice of noodle, it always keep me coming back for more.
