Spinach in Superior Soup, RM18.00
During our previous visit, we had the Spinach in Superior Soup, a homey yet delicious dish. The juicy an sweet spinach was cooked in flavoursome superior soup and garnished with salted egg and shredded ham.
Yam Basket with Scallop (Price Unknown)
Next, we had the deep fried Yam Basket with Kung Pao Scallop. Crispy on the outside, mushy and soft inside, the yam basket was really tasty. Filled with fresh and succulent scallop cooked in Kung Pao style, its bring a really nice flavouring to the yam basket.
Steamed Tilapia with Spicy Bean Paste Sauce, RM38.00
Steamed Tilapia fish sometimes could be very tricky. However, Supertanker Restaurant done it really well as the fish was cooked to perfection. It tasted good on its own even without any sauce. Served with spicy bean paste sauce, it enhanced the already tasty fish without overpowering its original flavour.
