Nagisa Japanese Restaurant @ Hyatt Regency Kinabalu

Award-winning Nagisa is one of the leading Japanese restaurants in Kota Kinabalu located in an international five-star hotel chain in the city. The dark wood panels and narrow passages open to a large restaurant with separate spacious dining areas, including a sushi counter, two teppanyaki tables, a tatami room and two additional private dining rooms.

Apart from the assorted sushi and sashimi, deep-fried soft shell crabs, grilled salmon fish head with touch of salt, fried rice and fried udon are some of my personal favourites from the buffet spread.
