Four Season London @ Empire Shopping Gallery



Four Seasons London is the most sought-after, best known for its golden trio of roasted meat has spread it's wings to Malaysia. Located on the lower ground floor of the Empire Shopping Gallery in Subang Jaya, the restaurant is the home to dishes popularised in Hong Kong, like roast duck on noodles. However, they also offer a menu with variety of choice like seafood, meat, tofu and vegetable dishes to fit palate of everyone over a bowl of rice and tea.

Pork Knuckle Dim Sum, RM5.80
Pork Knuckle came soaked in light brownish-looking sauce, the meat which could easily be separated from the bone was tender and quite juicy, the dish was well seasoned and flavoured.
 
Chicken Feet with Black Bean Sauce, RM6.80
Well marinated chicken feet, slightly on the salty but still tasted good.
 
Kailan with garlic, RM16.00
Stir fried Hong Kong kailan was fresh and crunchy with a nice garlic flavor.
Three Combination (Soy Chicken, Roast Pork and BBQ Pork), RM35.00 + 2 plain rice RM5.00
Portions here are markedly smaller, but quality. The roast pork was evenly sliced and had crispy skin that crumbled sinfully in your mouth, and not a lot of fat; exactly what good roast pork should be like.
Soy Chicken had a soft texture was tender and juicy in our mouths, leaving us to savour the natural flavours.
 
Perfectly glazed sweet BBQ Pork, almost melt in your mouth, a balance of fats and lean meat and well marinated.
