Wedding is one of the most important and precious moment in one's life. On 29th January 2011, it was a day when Gengta and Joanne tied the knot.

Four Variety Seafood Platter
Consists of Deep-fried Soft Shell Crab, Deep-fried Beancurd with Seafood, Cucumber Slices with Seasoned Octopus and Shellfish.

Double-boiled Shark's Fin Soup with Chicken
A very flavourful soup with generous ingredient. It included shark's fin, chicken, mushroom and bacon.
Smoked Farm Chicken
Delicious, moist and tender Smoked Farm Chicken infused with beautiful smoky flavour.
Braised Lingzhi Mushroom with Beancurd Skin and Vegetables
Yin Yang Star Garoupa
Deep-fried boneless fish mixed with honeydew and mayonnaise. Appetizing and tasty dish.
Poached Live Tiger Prawns in Basket
Fresh and succulent prawn cooked in the simplest way. The original flavour of the prawn was maintained well.
Steamed Glutinous Rice Hong Kong Style
Flavourful glutinous rice cooked with Chinese Sausage, topped with egg and spring onion.

Glutinous Rice Ball with Black Sesame Paste and Chinese Pancake
A little sweet bite to end the meal.
