Easy Way to Cook a Nutritious Meal

Most of the time we are busy with our work and seldom do we have the time to cook. The word "BUSY" may be an excuse for not to cook and in fact we might be just lazy to cook. However, eating out everyday do make us bored sometimes, and hence, we will be craving for home cook food. One of the solution to have a home cook meal, despite of our crazy working schedule, is to make use of the slow cooker.
Ingredients for Beef Stew:
Beef - 600 grams
Onion - 1
Garlic - 1
Potatoes(small) - 7
Carrot - 2
Bay Leaves: 2
Milk - 3 tablespoons

Cut the onion and garlic. Put it into the slow cooker
Add-in the beef, bay leaves and sprinkle of oregano. Also, don't forget to pour a bowl of water before you turn on the slow cooker and leave the house.
When the beef is cooked, add-in the potatoes and carrot.
Mashed the potatoes and add-in 3 tablespoons of milk

Pour the beef stew and carrots on top of the mashed potatoes.
The healthy home-cook beef stew is ready to eat.

Ingredients for Crock-Pot Chicken:
Skinless Chicken Drumstick - 4
Onion - 2
Vegetarian Oyster Sauce - 2 tablespoon
Water - 1 small bowl

Before I go to work, I put the skinless chicken and the onions into the slow cooker.

Then, I added-in the vegetarian oyster sauce and water. Turn on the slow cooker and set it on AUTO mode.

A healthy scrumptious dish was ready when I reach home.
