BEIJING BBQ Steamboat @ 1Borneo

Angeline Sunday, December 13, 2009 , , , , , , ,

Soup...Soup..Soup, feeling thirsty all day, I'm going to try steamboat at Jaws Seafood Restaurant "Beijing BBQ Steamboat". I don't really fancy BBQ cause it's so heaty, I prefer soup, less fattening as well. Not much selection and the soup don't have much taste but to compensate they have quite a selection of sauces. Services were quite lousy cause only one waiter station there, so he have to run around serving every table, I'd refilled the soup myself and drinks that we ordered took a very long time to come. We also have to walk to the cashier to pay our bill, no one even bother.

Selection of cooked food, seafood, meat, vegetables and noodles for Steamboat/BBQ

Steamboat Buffet, RM30++ Per Person

RM30 bucks per head, I must admit is pretty steep. Talking bout bad service, I had breakfast at Foh San Tim Sum at Ipoh. The good is pretty good. Lots of variety. But the service is totally opposite. No one comes to serve us any tim sum. Everyone basically have to walk over to the tim sum area and take yourself. I walked up and down 4-5 times to take the tim sum.Also walk over to refill our chinese tea pot :P

I think people in small town is like that, they don't bother to make money. KL is different, so competitive, everyone are aggressive, wanna make more money, so they must provide good and fast services to sell more and make more $$$$$
