Stir-fried Choy Sum, RM6.00
Hokkien Mee, RM6.00
Hokkien Mee refers to fried noodle in Hokkien style. It is a dish of thick yellow noodles braised in thick dark soy sauce with pork and cabbage as the main ingredients and cubes of pork fat fried until crispy. It is a really delicious dish enriched with flavours.

 

Tuaran Mee (Chicken), RM6.00
Well-known in Sabah, the springy Tuaran Mee is stir-fried with chicken, Choy Sum and egg till fragrantly good. Springy noodle with savoury taste.

 
Watan Hor (Pork), RM6.00
Watan Hor refers to fried Koay Teow in Cantonese style. The Koay Teow was stir-fried with garlic and lightly seasoned with light sauce sauce. Then, topped with thicken egg's gravy cooked with pork and Choy Sum. Flavoursome and tasty.
