Claypot Ginger Wine with Pork Liver and Pork Kidney, RM10.00Pork kidney and liver indeed was prepared the way it’s meant to be. Soft, tender, and was lightly cooked. I enjoyed the dish very much.
Claypot Bak Kut Teh with Pork Intestine, Pork Stomach and Pork Rib, RM15.00
The intestines and pork ribs are soft, dipping it with mixtures of dark soy sauce, chili and garlic as condiments was something I enjoyed. The herbs flavour in the soup was mild but it was just the way I like it.
