From Chinese-centric set menus to meals and ala carte items that are guaranteed to whet appetites.

DELICIOUS PINEAPPLE TARTS

Envision biting into a delicious and aromatic pineapple tart that is made with a delicate crust for its outer layer and hand-stirred filling on the inside. Sounds heavenly indeed as the pineapple tarts come in generous sizes and is filled to the brim. These auspicious treats are made by Genting’s chefs with fresh pineapples and you can be assured what you taste is 100% natural. These much-loved pineapple tarts are now on sale until the 8th of February 2020 at the following kiosks located at Genting Palace, Level 2, Genting Grand; Good Friends Restaurant, Level 2, Maxims (both from noon to 9pm), First World Hotel Lobby (from 10am to 10pm) and at the Central Park CNY Bazaar (outdoor).
The tarts will also be available at The Bakery (Genting Grand), Terminal 2 (First World Hotel lobby), The Junction (Lobby, First World Hotel), Malaysian Food Street (Sky Avenue), Local Delights and Malaysia Delights kiosk inside (SkyTropolis).

Opt between two sizes, the large container consisting of 20 pieces or the small container of 12 pieces. Packed in air tight containers the pineapple tarts make delicious gifts.

VARIETY OF YEE SANG TO TOSS FOR AN ABUNDANCE YEAR

No Chinese New Year celebration is complete without the popular Yee sang dish that originated in Malaysia and comes with homemade sauce and condiments. The most common one being the salmon. Yee Sang will be available from 18 December 2019 to 8 February 2020.

Upon tossing of the Yee sang that is usually served as an appetizer, auspicious wishes are said out aloud for good fortune. Variants this time around include wan yee (grass carp fish) Yee sang, jellyfish, salmon, Japanese tuna, abalone, black caviar and salmon. Additional servings of wan yee, Japanese tuna, jelly fish, and crackers are available.

Genting Palace and Good Friends Restaurant (dine in and takeaway available). Meanwhile, Seasons, Ming Ren, and Imperial Rama will be only for dine in, serving up some delicious Yee sang for those wanting to partake in the tossing of this prosperous dish.
