Pork Ball Mixian (RM10.50)
The Explosion Pork Ball Noodles. At lunch time remember to try  this restaurant new soup noodles with pork balls that when you bite it the juice gonna squirt out. Noodles imported all the way from China, the mouthfeel is super smooth and super delicious

Signature Choy Heong Tofu (RM15/ RM18/ RM22)
Deep fried tofu with minced pork and pickle vegetable is made with their homemade tofu which was velvety smooth soft on the inside, it easy to fall in love with that simple yet appealing dish. The topping and sauce create a very appetizing dish indeed, easily whetting anyone's appetite.

Siganture Potato Fried Pork (RM15/ RM18/ RM25)
Absolutely irresistible Chinese dish, very tasty stir fried pork and potato recipe.

Three Spice Chicken (RM16/ RM20/ RM28)
Cooked in soy sauce, shaoxing wine, sesame oil, and loaded with garlic cloves, slices of ginger, and fresh basil leaves, this classic chicken dish is a perfect reminder of just how good an over-abundance of flavour, heavenly good!

Chef Signature Grouper Fish Head Curry (RM32/ RM48)
This is a Chinese style fish head curry, as opposed to the Indian-style which uses fish curry powder, curry leaves, fenugreek and mustard seeds. This curry paste is made from scratch with grounded ingredients from their own secret recipe. Grouper fish head was fantastic and I love it with lots of okra, eggplant and tofu puffs in the curry, making it pretty much a one pot wonder.

Signautre Steamed Tilapia with Nyonya Sauce (RM4.60 per 100g)
This dish is a potent combination of spicy, sour and umami flavours - all in one neat homey dish. What’s not to love when the dish is a concoction of flavours, with the chilles spice up the gravy, the tamarind juice lends its sourness and natural sweetness plus the other ingredients give the dish a potent zesty fragrance. I encourage you to order this dish if you want to feed your hungry family who would turn away at the sight of healthy but boring and blend food. This dish is definitely healthy and not boring.

Signature Deep Fried Ma Yao (RM6.30 per 100g)
This simple and easy to deep fried fish dish, it is a favourite dish for the rare times when you decide not to have steamed fish for dinner. Deceptively simple to look at and prepare, I find this dish incredibly tasty with a firm fish flesh cooked to golden crispy perfection and inundated with a multi flavoured soy sauce that permeates every bite with dash, zip and multiple layers of tastiness.

Fried Crispy Roast Pork (RM20/ RM26/ RM32)
I know this is not the best looking dish but it tasted so good. Its make with roast pork then was stir fry with loads of garlic, thick dark soy sauce and sugar until it is caramelized and sticky. The garlic and pork turns into crunchy sticky bits and it tasted so good with steamed rice.

Deep Fried Lotus Roots with Salted Egg (RM15/ RM18/ RM25)
Deep-fried in battered and coated with salted egg yolk. Lotus roots remain crisp yet tender, with a creamy and starchy texture. A very yummy dish!
