Kedai Kopi Seow Fong Lye @ Penang

Kedai Kopi Seow Fong Lye at Lorong Macalister, this coffee shop was always packed! Early morning people were already seen lining up at the Chee Cheong Fun stall  and the Char Koay Kak stall was equally as famous. Chee Cheong Fun stall operate from early morning until noon, but during peak season (Public holidays and weekends) the noodles may run out before 12pm.

Fried radish cakes with bean sprouts, eggs, and crunchy preserved mustard. It was tasty and has a nice smoky and savory wok taste.
 

Chee Cheong Fun (Big), RM2.60
Chee Cheong Fun (steamed rice noodles roll) top with concentrated of prawn paste and a drenched of sambal . Smooth noodles top with toasted sesame seeds and a nice bland of strong pungent-flavored gravy.
 
Otak-Otak, RM2.00
Otak-Otak with the ingredients are coconut milk, egg, flour, turmeric, galangal, shallots, lemongrass, chilli paste, fish fillet and daun kadok wrapped with banana leaves cooked in a steamer. The Otak-Otak  was tender, sweet, aromatic, creamy, spicy and soft.
