Uncle R BBQ restaurant serves Western food with the method of charcoal grill. All the meats and seafood are grilled to perfection. According to Chef Ronnie, charcoal grill method will make the meat and seafood more aromatic, and this is what keep you coming back for more.
Highly recommended you to try the Mixed Grill which consist of Chicken, Lamb and Beef, all marinated and grill to perfection top with a special home made mushroom or black pepper sauce. For seafood lover, you can opt. for the Seafood Platter, where Prawn, Squid and Cod fish or Salmon fish are all come in a plate, grilled to perfection without any use of oil or MSG, giving you the full authentic taste of seafood. The secret for a perfect char grill is to use the freshest meat or seafood, secret recipe of the marination and another most important thing is the grilling process.
