Fu Gua Thong is famous for its many different favors, and almost each dishes has its own unique taste, hot, sour, sweet, salty. Cooking their food in many different methods, e.g., stir frying, pan frying, smoking, steaming, and the most common deep frying. Carefully balanced of nutrition, color, smell, flavor and shape of every dish. Some well-known dishes here are Kung Pao Chicken and Twice Cooked Pork.

This soup consist a very mild taste of bitter gourd, non existence of bitter taste and was filled with thin sliced bitter gourd, pork meat and internal organs of pig. As a Chinese we always believe bitter gourd has the function of cooling our body heatiness, good for our skin, increase our immune system, decrease the chances of getting cancer and full of good vitamins.
