Shanghainese cuisine is one of the popular choice in China but not many Malaysians are fami­liar with it, this restaurant in Subang Jaya introduce diners a taste of authentic Shanghainese fare to the diners. The BnY Restaurant open since 2008, one of its co-owners is a Shanghai-born woman and the chef is also from Shanghai. This outlet offer home-cooked Shanghainese food, like what is usually eaten by people in Shanghai.

Shanghai Honey Duck
Preparation of the duck, it has to be marinated for two days, then are cooked for about two hours using special sauce prepared by the chef. Unlike Peking Duck, in which the skin is wrapped in a pancake popiah-style, the Shanghai Honey Duck is eaten like roast duck.
Shanghai Steamed Fish with Spicy Sauce
Signature dish: Lion Head
 Minced pork shaped into balls, first fried then boiled in soup and finally served in a special gravy. The meat balls have a slight hint of spiciness, have a loose texture, tender and palatable.
Stir-fried Long Bean
Beancurd with minced pork
End with a bowl of sweet dessert soup
Total paid for dinner, around RM120
