The Kung Pow Chicken was prepared with the most traditional way. Used 'hua jiao', loosely translated as Sichuan pepper, the Kung Pow Chicken contained a unique aroma and flavour with a slightly overtones and created a tingly numbness in the mouth that sets the stage for hot spices. Chicken cubes was smooth, tender, sweet and perfectly coated with sauce.
