Braised Pork Leg with Peanut
Cooked for long hours, the pork leg was soft and tender. Absorbed the flavourful sauce, the delicious meat also fragrantly good with herbs and spices taste. The peanuts also tasted good.
 
 
 
Braised Fish Head in Claypot
Thick gravy which consists of savoury, sweet and mild spiciness flavour, goes really well with the fish head. Fish head was pre-fried to eliminate the fishy smell while still tasted good.
 
 
 
 
Stir-fried Local Vegetables with Egg
 
Complementary Soup

If you sprain or strain a muscle or break your bones, you should make a trip to this famous Traditional Bone Specialist Chin Yek Leong 2nd Generation in Hulu Langat which is well known to treat such an ailment. They specializes in rejoining broken bone, spinal cord, crack in bones. There are 5 masters treating the patients, it take around 30 minutes in attending a patient. For women patients they can request for ladies sifu for their treatment.
