Welcome Seafood Restaurant @ Asia City

Angeline Sunday, February 6, 2011 , , ,

Satisfying my craving for crab on the 3rd day of CNY, dining at Welcome Seafood. Since the opening of this restaurant at Asia City, it has made Cititel Hotel the best location hotel to stay when you make a trip down to KK, very convenient to get good food. You can find the best kopitiam Fook Yuen for coffee and kaya toast, Welcome Seafood for good and cheap seafood, Sri Maju for good steamboat and others at Asia City.

Welcome Seafood Restaurant

Remember to call (above, got the tel. no for you) and make a reservation if you're planning to dine here during this CNY cause you can hardly find a table, or you will have to wait till the patrons finish their food and settle the bill before the table available for you.
Kitchai, RM4.00, Orange Juice, RM5.00 and Lemon Juice, RM5.00
If you're on budget, just order chinese tea
Fish maw soup, RM8.00
Love it, you an find bits of crab meat, egg, of course fish maw and a touch of starch for thickening, best to add a few drop of black vinegar

Stir-fried Choy Sum, RM8.00
Butter Crab (Wet Style), RM18 (1KG)
Highly recommended, you'll never be dissapointed. This still my favourite or prefer cooking style for the crab here

Tung Fung Lor (Shellfish), RM22 (1KG)
Simply blanched and eat with fu yue (preserved beancurd) dipping

Sweet and Sour Crab, RM18 (1KG)
Personally I like this cause I love the sauce, so if you're not a sweet and sour lover then maybe you should opt. for Kam Heong style, ok

Lat Chee Si Ham (Spicy Sauce Crockles), RM18 (1KG)
Huge size crockles, not sure it's safe to eat it here but don't care for now just eat. Spicy sweet sauce, fresh and juicy crockle flesh.
