Angeline Saturday, February 5, 2011 , ,

Malaysians are well known for their night markets which sells lots of local varieties; from fruits and vegetables to clothes, household item, handicrafts  and pet peripherals. But one thing we love the most is the variety of food offers in the market.

The night market also filled with Chinese New Year atmosphere. There was even a man who dressed as the God of Fortune.

One of the 'hot pick' in the night market is the Asam Laksa. It seems like the best Asam Laksa can only be found in the night market. We just like the sweet and sourish taste of the fish broth. It contained some shredded cucumber, onion, pineapple, mint leaves and rice noodle.

Char Koay Teow with Cockles RM4.50
The simple plate of Char Koay Teow which consists of cockles, bean sprouts, egg and noodle, is so delicious and flavourful. A special taste that hardly be found from other stalls.
