"Yu Chap" or loosely translated as Mixed Fish, is one of the significant dish in Sabah. Consists of fish lips, fish stomach, fish skin, fish head, fish puff and assorted fish cakes, Yu Chap is one of the exotic dish that you can find in Sabah.

One of the place for good Yu Chap which is highly recommended by us, is Kedai Kopi Sing Houng Kee. Flavourful with fresh ingredients, you can choose to have your noodle with soup or dry style. Personally, I love to have the Yu Chap with Tuaran Mee which is more springy and tasty.
