Many years ago, mum used to bring us to Imbi Palace for Dim Sum during the weekend. It was one of our favourite place for dinner. It had been a while since our last visit and I almost forgotten about this place until I saw the photos contributed by my friends.
Stir-fried Carrot Cakes
The Stir-fried Carrot Cakes was one of my sister, Monica's favourite. She loves the savoury Carrot Cake which was soft but fragrant when stir-fried with bean sprouts and egg.
Thai Style BBQ Pork Neck Meat
The Pork Neck Meat was one of the best part of pork meat. Tender and smooth. It was grilled to perfection and eaten with the Thai sauce. Mouth watering dish.
Wantan Mee + Duck
The Wantan Mee was good as well. Springy noodle with flavourful sauce. You can choose to have the noodle with Roasted Duck, Roasted Pork or Char Siu. Delicious!
