 Curry Laksa RM6.00
Sometimes I could be skeptical about certain restaurants just like everyone else and preferred going to the same places to eat where I feel more comfortable. Having a blog gave me the courage to try new things all the time. The existence of Kedai Kopi Daily 2 had never catch my eyes as I always think that their food will be fairly average. Probably, my first visit at Kedai Kopi Daily had proven me wrong, so, tonight, I went to the second branches at Gaya Street.
The pale looking Curry Laksa's soup doesn't lacked of spices taste. The milky taste of the Laksa was light, I'm guessing that they used evaporated milk instead of coconut milk. It was flavourful with a hint of sourish flavour. Comes with some prawns and cockles. I finished the Laksa's soup till the very last drop.
Buttermilk Chicken with Rice RM7.50
The Buttermilk Chicken was closed to similar with Chicken Alfredo. It was creamy, sweet and fragrantly good. The chicken fillet was coated with a light batter and fried till crispy, while the Buttermilk sauce was cooked with some capsicums, button mushroom and chili padi. These fusion taste of dish goes well with rice but it will be greater if it was serve with some pasta.
