Pan Mee with Seafood RM7.00
Jack and I wasn't feeling well today. Both of us were craving for something soupy. Hence, I suggested to try the Pan Mee at Foh San.

Jack had the Pan Mee with Seafood. At first, we were doubt with the taste of the Pan Mee. However, first taste of the soup proved us wrong. The soup was boiled with anchovies without MSG. It was more like a home-cooked Pan Mee. It comes with prawns, fresh fish fillets, fish paste (yu wat) and some extra condiments that the Pan Mee should have.
Pan Mee (Mixed Ingredients) RM6.00
I had the normal Pan Mee. It comes with pork, meat ball and fish paste (yu wat). By looking at the thin layer of the noodle, I thought it would be soft and tasted flourish. Again, I was wrong. It was smooth and thin, yet still managed to maintain the chewiness that the noodle was supposed to have.
