Flying wantan mee, well I guess the whole high tossing thing does the work, preventing the noodles from overcooked, to keep the noodle springy.

My friend was off today, with her as my driver means I got a greater GPS to venture into PJ area, she brought me to this famous Wantan mee shop. One of the unique selling point here is the way the noodle is prepared, just as usual dip and cook the noodle in a hot boiling water then run through the standard quick bath on colder water, keep the noodle springy texture, here's the highlight, tossing the noodle really high with a highly skilled technique and catching it on the sieve for several times. This is done to drain the extra water absorbs  by the noodle so the kon lou sauce can coat better. This restaurant offer a wide range of noodle and rice based dishes like wantan, dumpling, char siew (bbq pork), siu yok (roast pork), roast duck, curry chicken, chicken feet, stewed duck, fried pork, roast chicken, poached chicken, and shredded chicken served with noodle or rice. Popular order are wantan mee, char siu mee and dried curry chicken mee.
Char Siew Wantan Mee, RM4.00
Very springy noodle, serve with generous filling wantan and thickly slice of 4 pieces Charcoal Grilled BBQ Pork/ Char Siew was caramelized sweet, tender, with a slightly burnt texture and well marbled between fats and lean meat, so good.
Wantan Soup, RM4.00
Generous filling and nicely flavor wantan and the soup was good too
