On a weekday morning, Jack and I went to Chin Su Fook Noodle & Porridge restaurant for breakfast. Unexpectedly, the shop was crowded with patrons which are mostly families, enjoying their early breakfast.
Chicken Chop Noodle RM5.50
Our main purpose today was to try their Chicken Chop Noodle and Pork Chop Noodle. Jack opted for the Chicken Chop Noodle. It was Kolo Mee topped with Chicken Chop. The Chicken Chop was crispy and wasn't greasy. The Kolo Noodle was good. The springy noodle tasted like homemade noodle. The Kolo sauce wasn't oily but very flavourful.
Pork Chop Noodle RM5.00
The thin layer of Pork Chop was crispy and tasted flavourful on its own. It wasn't huge nor loaded with fats, so, its mean less guiltiness. I like the Kolo Noodle which reminded me of my usual breakfast back in my kampung at Perlis. Simple yet nice.
We were guessing that the Chicken Chop and Pork Chop Noodle are their signature dishes as almost every tables were having it.
