It had been two months that I left KK. The day before I went back to KL, I remembered that I dine in at New Man Tai. Now that I'm back, I missed their Assam Fish again.
Many people asked us about the operating hours of certain restaurants which we don't actually know. If it happen that we have a chance to find the info, we will publish it. You see, sometimes, we just quietly snapping photos like a spy and certain times, we get scold for blogging. Please forgive us if we couldn't provide much info.
Chinese Herbal Drink, RM1.70 and Lemon Ice RM2.00
Bitter Gourd with Fishball Soup, RM9.00
This cooling type of soup is one of my favourite. I like the bitter gourd taste. It is good to have this soup during hot weather.
Stir-Fried Choy Sum with Char Siu, RM9.00
The gravy absorbed the Char Siu flavour and the Choy Sum tasted extra good with a nice aroma.
Assam Fish Head, RM32.00
My favourite dish at New Man Tai. It take times to eat the Assam Fish Head, finding the meat and fish skin, then chewing it slowly while sipping the gravy. I enjoyed the process so much. The sweet and sourish taste of the dish is just right and it wasn't very spicy.
Total paid for dinner, RM55.40
