Kedai Kopi Ming Hiong, Inanam
I still continue doing my training twice daily at home, so far I only did indoor cycling from last month 16th July til today 9th August (photograph is the best way to record down you body changes, instead of weighing yourself). When I try a few yoga posture today, I notice my muscle is getting really stiff and can feel I'm prone to injury now, I have to add on my yoga routine again, stretching is so important to avoid muscles from shortening.
Hard to maintain a lean body, if I don't train daily I guess I'll be obese by now, judging by my daily food intake which I am working for my food blog post. Well, there's no easy way out, if you want to eat then you have to work it out....burn up those calories!

Growing up in KL made both of us, me and my sister, very used to go to rowdy areas which some people might think that it is dangerous. Sometimes, the willingness to venture into those areas might eventually bring us some good things.
Jack doesn't encouraged us to go to Inanam-near-market-area as it is a rowdy area which could be dangerous for us. However, after we insisted to go for food hunting, he brought Monica there for dinner and they accidentally found a very good Grilled Fish. Since I'm back in KK, they brought me there for to Grilled Fish.
Grilled Fish RM20.00True enough, the Grilled Fish was really delicious. It was meaty, crispy and flavourful. The grilled fish was topped with sambal and onions which tasted extra-ordinarily good. It was a little sourish with a hint of sweetness, not too spicy and full of spices flavour. Thumbs up!
Wat Tan HoWe ordered a medium size Wat Tan Ho to share. The seafood they used was fresh. It tasted good. Good 'wok hei' and the taste was just right.
Stir-fry Local Veggies with EggThe Stir-fry Local Veggies with Egg also tasted good. Love the taste of the egg's gravy.
Stir-fry Choy Sum
Total paid for dinner, RM44.20
