Early this morning, we had a breakfast appointment with Jane and her husband. Since I'm off on Sunday, Jane called me out for breakfast at Hyatt Regency. Thanks Jane and her husband for the scrumptious breakfast.

The Chinese Restaurant at Hyatt Regency serves Dim Sum Buffet (halal) in the morning. Early reservation is preferable as the spaces available are limited. It was very crowded during brunch hours on weekends. Ones wouldn't be disappointed with the well-managed quality of food.
Selection of Dim Sum (Fried) (Sesame ball, glutinous rice ball, chu cheong fun, fried wantan, fried yam ball (wu kok), chicken roll)
Selection of Steaming-hot basket of Dim Sum, soup noodle, porridge and roasted duck
Selection of dessert
I missed out on some of the Dim Sum dishes. It looks so tempting that I forgotten to take some photos. Anyway, I managed to snapped some photos of my favourite dishes.
Siu Mai
The Siu Mai used chicken as main ingredient. It tasted good and compatible with the normal pork Siu Mai we had.
Spinach Dumpling
It tasted almost the same as Siu Mai. The only different was it used spinach flavour's skin.
Har Gao
This is a must-have dish when having Dim Sum. The Har Gao here was really good. Big fresh prawns wrapped in the thin and translucent skin.
Beef tendons
Assorted Fried Dim Sum that I picked
Roasted Duck
Dessert (Jane and her husband favourite)
We were not sure about the price of the buffet (is about RM180 for 4 pax with member card's discount) as Jane and her husband paid for the bill. Thanks again Jane and her husband.
