Yook Woo Hin been around since my grandparents, I remembered they did brought me here and we had to come as early as 6am in the morning just for yumcha, after that we went home and sleep again, on Sunday!

Yook Woo Hin building has been reconstructed last year I think, so it looks new. This old world charm still maintain, they still retain the stainless steel table top. The long service loyal staffs still here, bringing trays of piping hot dim sum and deep fried dim sum around.

All the dim sums tasted just like good old days, freshly made and plump fillings, I'm satisfied, worth waking up early on Sunday for a great breakfast.

It's completely different from the normal chee cheung fun served in town, serving on a thick savoury gravy with mushrooms, goes very well with the smooth chee cheung fun.

Background Story Of Restaurant
In the early 1990s, Ng Swee Cheng and his family started a small seafood joint near Telok Gong with fresh toddy as accompaniment. The fresh-fermented sap from the coconut flower is collected from trees that surround the restaurant and the neighbouring areas. It became a winning formula. Business boomed and it changed into a resort-styled eatery with at least 100 tables in the early 2000s
How good was the food? None of us have time to talk when the food arrived, every just stay focus, quite and eat, enjoy every bite of it.
