It is exactly 1 more week before Chinese New Year. Everyone seems to be doing their last minutes shopping. Have you done your shopping? Huh, we haven't even buy anything yet!
As we were lazy to travel around for food hunting, we went to Cube and just settle down with their set lunches.
Set Lunch 1 comes with a choice of Steamed Pork with Salted Fish Rice, Cube Curry Noodle or Baked Cheese Fish Fillet Rice as the main dish. Angeline chose the Cube Curry Noodle which seems to be very tempting. We were paying high hopes that it will be good when we smell the curry flavour from far. However, the taste was just average. The curry was not thick enough to my liking and there was some powdery taste of the curry.
I ordered the Set Lunch 2. Mango salad with fried fish fillet, steamed chicken tops with ginger, and steamed bean curd with rice. Overall taste was good. The steamed chicken was smooth and tender with strong ginger flavour. The fish fillet was crispy and appetizing enough when eating together with the mango salad while the steamed bean curd was smooth and good to go with rice.
Set Lunch 2 comes with a bowl of soup. Taste wise, nothing to shout home about.
Vienna Coffee that comes with the Set Lunch. Rich aroma and strong flavour.
Pudding as Dessert.

Early this morning, while waiting for students or members to turn up for my 8:45am Fat-Burning and Therapeutic Stretch/Yoga (2hrs non-stop yoga), I did some self-photograph to check on my body shape cause I think I've been eating too much lately for this food blog. Well, I guess the combination of Studio Cycle and Yoga that I teach really working well cause it really rev-up my metabolism, great then, I can continue to produce more food post for you all, to spice up your tastebud, haha. You can eat what you want as long as you exercise and calories in equal to calorie out, just make sure you don't load in more then your calories expenditure. I actually eat very clean and simple, what I'm eating right now for the food blog, I considered it as junk food, sometimes unhealthy, but you still can choose wisely while eating out.
