Restaurant Jing Cheng @ Bundusan

Just located near WK Restaurant, this Restaurant Jing Cheng serves very good Nam Yu Pai Kut(Deep Fried Pork ribs marinated with fermented beancurd) as according to Wilfred. However, I couldn't recalled the dish's recommended and had ordered something else.

We ordered a Curry Fish Head, Pai Kut Wong(Pork Ribs King), Bittergourd Soup and a Stir-fry vegetables. The serving portion are quite big for every dishes.The Curry Fish Head was quite good. The sauces was not too spicy and filled with thick coconut taste. They added-in some tomatoes so you won't get bored with strong coconut's curry taste easily.The pork ribs were fried till crispy and covered by sweet sauces. It is a good dish for those who like to eat rice.
