Food at Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur

Angeline Tuesday, December 22, 2009 , , , , ,
Today in Chinese calender is Kwor Tung Jiet, family reunion day and having Tong Yuen-glutinous rice ball in ginger soup. I woke up 3:45am cause have to go for prayer and have to reach the temple before 5am, spend 1 hour queueing up for prayer, clearing all the bad luck for coming year of Tiger 2010. Got home around 6:30am, no not going back to bed, going for an early session of cycling at the gym, 7:20am class. After gym I walk home, mum already made the Tong Yuen, that's my breakfast. Really sleepy, took a nap before I head for an appointment at 1pm, meeting at Pavilion.
Tong Yuen (Glutinous Rice Ball in Ginger Soup)

At around 12pm I make a move to Pavilion, reached my destination around 12:40pm

Christmas mood at Pavilion. When you slow down, look at things surrounding, you'll appreciate it more, Christmas is beautiful!

After I finished meeting, I walk around Pavilion searching for something to eat.
This Restaurant looks interesting, will give it a go. I order Cut Steak with egg and an orange juice

Damages paid for lunch

Kind of fun, you gotta stir around to cook the meat with butter and add in rice if you want, add in black pepper, salt, soy sauce and honey sauce. I ate the rice separately, most people will add in rice, stired and mixed around with the dish. I enjoy the food, it's delicious, didn't finish the rice cause I wanna save my stomach for dessert.

Looking forward to try this, Japanese Dessert
Ooops! Almost forget to tell you how good was this dessert, start with the soft serve ice cream top with green tea flavour, a scoop of green tea gelato filled with full red bean, on the bottom filled with cereal and agar agar, decorated with watermelon, peach and small piece of waffle. Yumm..yummm..lick..lick...slurp!

Macha Sundae, RM15

Ice Macha, RM6.80

MOF Japanese Sweets and Coffee located right in front of Mercato Supermarket

Wow! Now you can have this Taiwanese dessert at Pavilion (Level 4- Located outside Padini Concept Store) , don't need to go PJ, convenience. Check on this link to look at my previous visit to their PJ outlet of Snowflake
