Korean Snack Cafe @ Wisma Merdeka

Located at the 2nd floor of Wisma Merdeka, this Korean Snack Cafe is one of the signature eateries in the shopping center. The shop serves mainly homestyle Korean Cuisine and choices of the dishes available are quite limited.

Talking about Korean food, we are not so fancy about it and sometimes we do hate the tastes of kimchi. However, our curiosity about this Korean cafe have overcome our perceptions about Korean food, so we decided to give it a go.

Miso soup (free)

Kimchi (free)

Bulgogi with rice RM14 (the tastes is good but the meat is a bit overcooked)

Kimchi fried rice RM10 (tasted like tomato fried rice, not bad)

Fried cabbages RM10 (not bad, serving size is big)

Total costs including 1 ginseng tea = RM38.20

Korean food looks nice. Hardly tried any in KL. Tried one Korean restaurant in Amcorp Mall before. Pretty good. Also tried Korean bbq at Korean Village near Ampang (I think). Do not fancy the bbg though.

Terence, suprisingly we can find really good Korean food in KK and are operated by Korean people, they had alter their cooking to our local taste as well. When you search around you can really find good food everywhere :)
